Do you accept orders placed outside of other US?

- We sure do!

What is this store’s exchange policy?

- No returns on custom items. Non-custom items must be returned within 3 days of purchase, you have 5 days from the time the item is received to exchange for something of equal value. Contact must be made within 2 days of receiving an item for an exchange. Items must be undamaged. We are unable to honor any returns that are sent back after this 5 day period.

Once you receive your order if you're not satisfied you will have 48 hrs to contact me about your return for a full refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Although custom orders will ship as soon as possible. Please allow at least 8-10 weeks for shipping if custom pieces have to be ordered for the item that you have ordered. International shipping delivery times may vary between 10-12 weeks.

What are considered custom pieces?

- All custom orders are unique. We don't make the pieces that are placed on your custom item therefore when an order is placed if there are specific pieces you would like on your custom item, that piece will have to be acquired through a supplier that makes them and those orders usually take 10-14 days. Any delays with the custom pieces is out of my control and I will do my very best to compensate for the delay of your order.

How long will lit take to receive pre-orders?

- Pre-Orders can take anywhere between 6-7 weeks to arrive or longer.
